Pepper Kester, eighteen year old California beauty, is all dressed up for a balcony photo shoot on this beautiful sunny day. I think she looked damn good in the frilly, little mini-skirt and matching top that covered hardly anything, along with a pair of white strappy high heels that made her long, sexy legs look even sexier. “I always wanted to wear this top with nothing underneath it!” She said laughing and indicated the see-through, half sleeved top that showed her flat stomach and hard nipples which were poking threw the little holes in the material. “But if I ever wore this in public I would probably get arrested!” Pepper exclaimed. And she’s probably right about that. But we won’t arrest her, we’ll applaud her!
